No Limit Holdem Secrets
Hi, my name is Roy Rounder.
Of course, that’s not my REAL name. “Rounder” is actually a nickname that all my friends used to call me… gradually, it became a part of my “poker persona” and pen name.
I’ve been playing Texas Holdem for as long as I can remember… BEFORE the game exploded with popularity. No limit Texas Holdem is my game of choice-- as it’s been from day one-- and that’s what this book is about.
Let’s get a few things out of the way before you tackle this book…
First, be a responsible gambler. Don’t get “addicted” to poker and don’t play in stakes that are too high for you. While it’s true you can make a full-time income playing Texas
Holdem, don’t go betting your house payments at the tables.
Gamblers Anonymous has given me permission to reproduce a simple questionnaire that will help you determine if you might have a gambling addiction. It can be found in the chapter titled, “Are You A Responsible Gambler?”.

The World Greatest Blackjack Book
Good book to read on BJ. I hope everyone knows that you cannot make a professional living playing BJ in this country by counting cards. Go checkout blackjack forums first. Again, you cannot make money consistently by counting cards. It's a myth spread by the casinos, not the players. However, you will have an edge, ever slight. BJ should be played recreationally to get as much comps as possible without losing money. At least that's my goal.
Blackjack: A Professional Reference
The Encyclopedia of Casino Twenty-One!
Since the frrst edition of this book my goal has been to create the ultimate resource for serious
blackjack players. This resource would directly answer any question that a player might have or
it would guide you to the answer. This resource would also describe and rate every blackjack
product known to exist and provide advice to new players who want to learn a valid system. This
resource would also have the ultimate dictionary and describe every term, rule, game, side bet, acronym
and system ever created.
In the third edition of Blackjack: A Professional Reference I believe I have achieved my goal. I have
to admit, however, that you will undoubtedly find something that you are interested in that is not
included. Indeed, this book will never be complete for there will always be someone who attempts to
sell some silly system or offer the player the moon in exchange for their credit card number. As you
read and use this book please take a moment and jot down things you like and don't like about it and
keep your eyes open for possible errors or misrepresentations. I pride myself in attempting to be honest
and accurate about this game but I am only human. With your help this book will continue to be the
leading resource guide for serious players.
This edition is subtitled The Encyclopedia of Casino Twenty-One which I believe is a better
description of the book than the original title. In addition to the obvious cosmetic changes, I have
added over 40 pages of important new material. This material includes over a hundred new dictionary
and reference section entries as well as material that reflects the rapidly changing face of casino
gambling in this country.

Blackbelt in Blackjack: Playing 21 As a Martial Art
In the spirit of Doyle Brunson's Super System, Arnold Snyder's Blackbelt in Blackjack is an underground gambling classic written by one of the grand masters of blackjack and a legend. This newly revised and updated edition is now made available for the first time to a national audience. This is blackjack as a martial art, targeted for serious and professional players looking to win real money at the game. Snyder reveals tips and tricks used by the pros-shuffle tracking, team play, multiple deck camouflage techniques so that the casino can't detect that the player is using winning techniques, and much more. 21 powerful chapters include a complete course on beating blackjack: the devastating red 7 count, the hi-lo count, the zen count, the true count, and so much more.
Cheating at Blackjack & Other Casino Games
An excellent book that goes in depth(and I do mean IN DEPTH!) into cheating methods used by crossroaders in casinos. For the serious player, this is a good read, as it contains some "legal" methods of advantage play as well. For anyone else, its just a very interesting book. If you enjoy gambling and casino life, you will probably enjoy this book as well.
Progression Blackjack: Exposing the Card Counting Myth
Gain an better alternative to the card-counting strategy with "Progression Blackjack". This book offers a revolutionary strategy for novices to master the game and for veteran players to consider previous books and methods obsolete.

Like bowling and billiards before it, poker has moved out from under the seedier side of its roots and is flowering in the sunshine. Maybe you've never played poker before and you don't even know what a full house is. Poker For Dummies covers the basics. Or perhaps you've played for years, but you just don't know how to win. This handy guide will help you walk away from the poker table with winnings, not lint, in your pockets. If you're a poker expert, you still can benefit — some of the suggestions may surprise you, and you can certainly learn from the anecdotes from professional players like T.J. Cloutier and Stu Unger.

Chess For Dummies
It was inevitable, thank goodness, that the Dummies series would give us an introductory chess book. The light touch is perfect to offset the sober aura of mystery that surrounds the game in many people's minds. And the extras that reach beyond the well-written move explanations, strategies, and pattern-recognition make the book a real winner. It won't take much playing for readers to appreciate the section on chess etiquette, for example, or the one on uncommon moves, subtitled, "The Ones That Start the Fights." Informative tips and amusing bits of trivia add to the fun.
Fundamental Chess Endings
In a major event in chess publishing, two German endgame experts have produced a masterly one-volume encyclopedia that covers all major endgames. This is the first truly modern one-volume endgame encyclopedia. It makes full use of endgame tablebases; where previous authors could only make educated guesses, Muller and Lamprecht have often been able to state the definitive truth, or get much closer to it. New time-controls involve competitive games being played to finish in one session, so it is especially important that chess players understand the key endgame principles this book provides comprehensive assistance for any players wishing to study the endgame. In addition to a feast of detailed analysis, the authors emphasize the practical side of endgame play, describing rules of thumb, principles and thinking methods. "Fundamental Chess Endings" is both the ideal endgame reference work, and a book that can profitably and enjoyably be read from start to finish.
